Tisane is a natural language processing library with standard NLP functionality and special features for detecting abusive content. It offers low-level NLP capabilities like morphological analysis and tokenization for languages without spaces. The API follows a monolithic architecture, exposing all functions through the POST /parse method. It includes methods for language model inspection and helper functions. Users can sign up for a free Community Plan with limitations on requests per minute. The response of the POST /parse method includes attributes like text, sentiment, and signal-to-noise ranking. It also detects abusive content types such as personal attacks, hate speech, and profanity, providing detailed explanations and severity levels. Sentiment analysis identifies attitude fragments with polarity, targets, and reasons for the sentiment.
